Meet The Team
Heidi Araya
Process improvement has been Heidi’s passion since the mid-90s. Since the roots of Agile are grounded in lean thinking, it was a natural fit.
With over 20 years of experience in software, technology, project management and various organizational process improvement initiatives, she has worked with numerous companies in various industries to develop better business processes while enhancing customer satisfaction, saving millions of dollars, and creating happy, productive teams.
Heidi is currently Agile Leader at PhishMe, Inc., the leading provider of threat management software for organizations concerned about human susceptibility to advanced targeted attacks.
Isaac Garcia
As a student of solutions, Isaac thrives in finding innovative routes to the destinations of success, wherever they lie.
He enjoys cultivating intentional team culture through servant leadership and agile coaching. He believes greatly in the amazing creative power of a team which has been unleashed to do great work.
As an aspiring Agile Coach, Isaac enjoys creating a fertile breeding ground for great cumulative teamwork. It brings him joy developing individuals in their personal and professional careers.
He is currently a Scrum Master at Sabre.
Jeff Koors
Jeff has worked with a couple well known fortune 500 companies where he was able to identify ways to reduce millions of dollars in operating costs.
He has worked in so many different roles over his successful 20 year career. Some roles he filled have been in; graphic design, web development, digital file troubleshooting, quality assurance, project management, and various Agile roles. He has served as a manager, coach, supervisor, process improvement specialist, director and is a gifted leader.
He is currently an Agile Coach with Matrix.
